By placing an order with SwagBags.biz, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions stated below. Please ensure that you have read the terms & conditions in full.
SwagBags.biz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when appropriate.
Every product that we stock complies with current European safety standards and bear the CE mark where appropriate. Unless specifically stated, all items supplied by SwagBags.biz are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all statutory government or local authority regulations are complied with, in relation to the use of any products purchased from SwagBags.biz.
The price given for each product is exclusive of delivery charges. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, although the price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or e-mail and offer you a substitute product which will be of equivalent or higher quality. Alternatively you will have the option to review the delivery date or cancel your order.
Ordered products must be paid for in full prior to despatch. Payment can be made with debit or credit card via a recognised online payment credit agency, and must be made in Pounds Sterling.
The contract with SwagBags.biz and the customer will come into affect when SwagBags.biz accepts the customer’s order and receives payment. The goods will remain the property of SwagBags.biz until the customer takes delivery of their goods.
Orders are delivered to mainland UK addresses via FedEx UK, Royal Mail or another of our couriers. All delivery options apply to orders placed before 12pm. The estimated delivery timescale for standard delivery (normally via Royal Mail 2nd class or standard parcels service) is from 3 – 5 working days, and for priority delivery (normally via Royal Mail 1st Class service) from 1 – 2 working days ( please note that these are estimated timescales and are not guaranteed). Guaranteed next day services will be delivered the next working day (normally via courier). Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays. Saturday delivery will be delivered before 1pm on Saturday. For all delivery options, a signature may be required on receipt of your order. If there is no one available to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will normally be left by the courier or postman. If your order is despatched via FedEx or another courier and you have left information regarding where your parcel is to be left if you are out, a card may not be left. If you have chosen to collect your order, we will e-mail or phone you to let you know when your parcel is ready (normally within 1 working day), and you can collect from our Ledbury office at your convenience.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by extreme weather, strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to www.swagbags.biz by manufacturer's suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after you have received notification that your order has been despatched, please contact us. If we are unable to track the delivery, we will re-ship as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the damaged item/s to be replaced.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you are happy with our products and service. However If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 working day of receipt of your goods. Your order must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. Unless the items are faulty, or did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (not applicable for standard and priority services), the buyer is liable to pay return delivery costs. Please obtain proof of posting on return as we are not able to make a refund where goods are lost in transit. Once the returned goods are received and checked, we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
