Our delivery charges to Mainland UK are as follows:

• Orders placed before midday will normally be despatched the same working day.
• If you are placing your order after midday, please add an extra working day onto the above delivery timescales.
• Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays.
• Our standard and priority services will normally be fulfilled by Royal Mail or Hermes, and we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive within the quoted timescale.
• Our Next working day delivery options is guaranteed and will normally be delivered by a courier.
• A signature may be required on receipt of your goods. If you are out when your parcel is delivered, information enabling you to complete your order will normally be left by the courier or postman.
• If you have chosen to collect your goods, we will email or phone you (normally within 1 working day) to let you know when your parcel will be ready. You can then choose to collect your order.
